SNA's STEPS Challenge Personal Wellness Program

For many, the winter holidays—beginning with Thanksgiving and ending after the new year—can be a long, stressful few months. So, how can you put the “happy” back in “Happy Holidays”?

That’s where SNA’s STEPS Challenge comes in, as December’s mission tasks you to destress your holidays. And who couldn’t use a little less stress!? You’ll earn five points for every occasion where you take a little “me” time. Start thinking about ways that you can enjoy personal relaxation. Ideas include reading a book, creating a holiday playlist, meditating, going for a walk…whatever works for you to relax and recharge while navigating the highs and lows of the hectic time of year. Make it a very merry holiday season!
