Get the FAACTs about Food Allergies in Schools

The School Nutrition Association (SNA), in partnership with the National Peanut Board, hosted a free webinar, titled “Get the FAACTs about Food Allergies in Schools.” Webinar participants learned the difference between the facts and myths of food allergies, as well as allergy management strategies for their K-12 school meal program.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of the webinar, the participants will be able to:

  1. Gain an understanding of the facts about food allergies
  2. Learn to apply these facts to the k-12 foodservice environment
  3. Learn to distinguish between fact and fiction with regard to food allergy myths and misconceptions.

1 CEU will be available to SNA members.
