MAIL: Send registration form & payment to: SNA Accounting Dept., PO Box 791004, Baltimore, MD 21279-1004. Be sure to include the invidual’s name on the check stub or purchase order for proper payment credit.
Note: The FAME Award Dinner and “The 19th Hole” Networking Reception are complimentary when purchasing a full registration, but you MUST check the events if you plan to attend, so SNA can guarantee space.
