Step up for school nutrition! Join your fellow school nutrition colleagues in the nation’s capital for a unique opportunity to shape and define national policy relating to school nutrition. SNA’s 44th Legislative Action Conference (LAC) will take place February 28-March 1, 2016, at the newest and largest hotel in Washington, D.C.—the Marriott Marquis.
We have a fantastic conference aimed at providing SNA members with chances to learn, exchange ideas, engage in discussions and be inspired. You’ll also enjoy a new streamlined three-day conference agenda in a beautiful new setting. And you will have the opportunity to walk the halls of Congress to advocate on behalf of the children you serve every school day.

HOW TO REGISTER
ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR LAC IS NOW CLOSED!
To register, download the LAC 2016 Onsite Registration Form and turn in at the Registration Desk at the conference. SNA ONLY accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If paying by check or purchase order, be sure to include the attendee’s name on the check stub or purchase order for proper payment credit.

Access to all general and educational sessions, luncheons, and the Industry Exchange (Industry only; boxed lunch not included). Confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you registered others, each individual will receive their own confirmation. If registered by mail, please allow three weeks for processing.
Refunds/Cancellations
We’d hate for you to miss the conference, but if you must, cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing by February 15, 2016. Refunds will be processed less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after February 15, 2016, or for NO SHOWS. Requests may be submitted via email to meetings@schoolnutrition.org, via fax to (301) 686-3115, or via mail to Nita Artis, SNA, 120 Waterfront Street, Suite 300, National Harbor, MD 20745.
Transfers
Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may transfer their registration to another individual within the same organization, provided advance written notice is forwarded to meetings@schoolnutrition.org; fax to (301) 686-3115; or mail to Nita Artis, SNA, 120 Waterfront Street, Suite 300, National Harbor, MD 20745. Please provide your name and the individual’s name whom you are transferring your registration. All transfers must be received by February 15, 2016, and will not be accepted onsite.
