2013-2014 benchmarking data is now available.

Please note, data collection for 2014-2015 and beyond is currently closed and on hold. SNA is examining the Keys benchmarking tool to determine how it can better meet our members’ needs and connect you with more meaningful, relevant data. This includes taking survey input from users and evaluating the tool’s strengths and drawbacks. Thank you for your patience as we develop a plan to streamline and revise this benchmarking platform to be a better resource for members.

In the meantime, check out the Keys to Excellence Best Practices Document for more on program success indicators.
