Teamwork is Key to Successful Food Allergy Management in Schools

The School Nutrition Foundation (SNF), in partnership with the National Peanut Board, hosted a webinar where food allergy and child nutrition experts discussed the regulations related to food allergy management in schools, building relationships within your school district to ensure you build an effective food allergy action plan and how to identify key allergy risks within your schools.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of the webinar, the participants will be able to:

  1. Review facts about food allergies and best practices related to food allergy management in schools
  2. Overview of how child nutrition professionals can work effectively with administrators, teachers, and nurses to create comprehensive food allergy management plan
  3. Identify key allergy risk areas in schools and kitchens
