When you complete Keys to Excellence, you will be able to clearly pinpoint your foodservice program's strengths and weaknesses. You'll need to develop a plan to promote the strong points, and you will also need to gather support for the improvements you want to make. Who can you turn to for support? What questions will they ask about your Keys evaluation and how will you respond?
SNA has identified key stakeholder groups to approach in your district about "excellence" and has developed talking points to help you communicate effectively with these audiences. Use these talking points to start a dialogue with your school nutrition program staff, school administrators, parents and teachers.
