Confirmations and Onsite Registration
Confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. Please refer to the email to verify registration and activities. If you registered others, each individual will receive their own confirmation. If registered by mail, please allow two weeks for processing. Plan to pick up your final program, badge and other materials at the SNA Registration Desk at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City. Onsite registrations also will be accepted at the prevailing rates.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and received on or before November 19, 2012. SNA will assess a $50 administrative fee on all cancellations. No refunds will be made after November 19, 2012 or for NO-SHOWS.
Transfer Policy
Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may transfer their registration to another individual within their organization. To transfer your registration, please send your request in writing to meetings@schoolnutrition.org or fax to (301) 686-3115 attention: Erica SittingUp. All transfers must be received in advance and cannot be accepted onsite.
