The School Nutrition Foundation, in partnership with Kellogg's, will be offering a FREE Wednesday Webinar on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 from 2:00-3:15 pm EST, "Vegetarian Options with Pizzazz."
Are your students looking for more vegetarian options? Having a hard time thinking of interesting vegetarian entrees?
In this session, you’ll have the opportunity learn about the basics of vegetarian eating, including the different types of vegetarians and the health benefits associated with meatless meals. You’ll also learn about vegetarian foods and how to incorporate them into your menus—in a way that even a non-vegetarian would enjoy!

According to the SNA CEU Guidelines, for non-SNA-sponsored events individuals are required to maintain their own documentation of credits earned. Proof of Attendance
A proof of attendance form will be available for all participants immediately following the live webinar. Please print this "Proof of Attendance" document and save it for your records as it will serve as verification in the event you are asked to provide CEU documentation for an SNA Certification Audit. Certificates of Completion will NOT be issued for this webinar.
